* ADA accommodation requests are limited to content related to a course. If there is a direct request from a deaf or hard of hearing individual or individuals, it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine if the cost can be covered.
There are no funds set aside to cover the cost of translation services, at this time.

Payment
An invoice is generated at the end of the month detailing charges incurred for the month.
- IDT (Inter Department Transfer)
- The requesting party provides an account number, our team processes the transfer. The account number can be provided during the request process.
- Credit Card
- 4% processing fee is charged. Payment can be completed using the UT Libraries Shop website. Sales is applied unless exempt.
Sales Tax
Sales tax (8.25%) will be applied unless a tax exemption certificate can be provided and verified. IDTs from a UT account are automatically exempt.
